Our architectural team will prepare the project at the designated location, carry out on-site measurements, and conduct efficiency and feasibility studies. The project will be evaluated by the franchise holder and approved for budget preparation.
After completing the architectural planning, the construction scope and completion timeline will be determined. The brand owner reserves the right to procure construction materials and equipment, define commercial brands, models, and product codes, and appoint a quality control engineer.
Staff and administrative recruitment for the new location will begin immediately upon initiation of the branch setup. Training and operational guidance will be provided in line with the franchise manual. The central branch will support the opening process, and inspections will ensure standardized product recipes.
A media plan will be prepared for the new Zaynal Usta restaurant branch. With the support of the headquarters and under administrative supervision, necessary social media and corporate branding activities will be carried out in accordance with Zaynal Usta’s corporate identity.
Following the completion of the branch setup, our expert management team and the investor’s representative will inspect the project to identify and resolve any potential hidden defects or operational issues.
Architectural projects are designed and budgeted by Zaynal Group and implemented after approval.
Construction permits and official procedures are the investor’s responsibility.
Our central system monitors branch performance and supports accounting operations.
All staff are trained under Zaynal Academy to ensure consistent quality.
After inspections and marketing activities, the branch is officially opened.
