Applications are received via our website or preliminary meetings, and initial investor information is requested.
Applications are evaluated by our Istanbul head office and Erbil Zaynal Group.
Following a positive evaluation, face-to-face meetings are arranged.
Location inspections and risk analysis reports are prepared. Final location decisions belong to the investor.
After agreement, the franchise contract is signed and operational planning begins.
Licensing rights are granted for 5 or 10 years depending on the agreement.
Architectural Design & Approval
Architectural projects are designed and budgeted by Zaynal Group and implemented after approval.
Construction Process
Construction permits and official procedures are the investor’s responsibility.
Finance & Accounting
